House Cleaning / Maid / Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description

• Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
• Coaching and developing employees (cleaners)
• Handle reasonable client complaints/request or inform your supervisor
• Provide estimates when requested
• Cleaning residential homes, businesses, or offices
• Assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and ensuring that they are carried out expertly
• Travel to jobs to check up on team members (Approx. 10-20% of the time)
• Inspection of cleaning equipment and inventory on a regular basis so as make sure it is neat, clean, organize and to know when they are worn-out and request for replacement
• Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
• Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties
• Always conduct yourself in a professional manner
• Follow all company guidelines and procedures
• Project company values in the highest form

Job Qualifications

• Must possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and even listening
• Must have good interpersonal attributes.
• Must have outstanding organization and coordination
• Must display a high level of integrity
• Ability to train and coach employees
• Excellent decision-making skills is a must have
• Should have a clear understanding of customer service guidelines/principles
• Must be available Monday-Saturday
• Must have the ability and willingness to work as a team and most importantly, lead a team
• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience as a maid/cleaning supervisor in residential cleaning
• Must have clean driving record with Driver's License
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Verification will be completed)
• Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check and Drug Test
