QUALIFICATIONS:

• ? Able to travel between Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens
• ? High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
• ? Fluency in English bi-lingual a plus
• ? Part-time availability
• ? Possess a functional smartphone with a data plan
• ? Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
• ?Physical requirements include: walking and standing during the entire shift (often 4-8 hours), climbing stairs, kneeling to clean floors, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects (up to 50 lbs), repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements.

RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):

• ? Wipe down countertops, desks, and other surfaces
• ? Scrub kitchen and bathroom fixtures, including toilets and urinals
• ? Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and compost ? Hand wash dishes; load and unload dishwashers
• ? Spot clean cabinets, drawers, and glass surfaces
• ? Steel-shine appliances and fixtures
• ? Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• ? provide detailed cleaning for residential homes
• ? provide eco-friendly standard and deep cleanings
• ? have a friendly and professional attitude.
• ? be a team player ? Ensure client location is locked and secured when leaving
• ? Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors
• ? Commit to continuous learning and training
• ? Arrive at all sessions and meetings on time
• ? Comply with safety policies and procedures
