Hotel Front Desk/Night Audit (Starting $16.00/Hour)

Position Summary:

Function of this position is to welcome and register guests in an outstanding friendly, professional, and efficient manner, assign rooms which satisfy all special requests, obtain necessary credit and payment information from guests, coordinate with other hotel departments to satisfy guest requests, provide detailed information about hotel facilities and operating hours, sell rooms in accordance with Front Desk sales strategies, and perform check-out and cash handling activities in accordance with all hotel cashiering and credit policies.

Individuals in this position must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Excellent communication skills – oral and written
• Excellent guest service skills
• Knowledge of computer programs utilized in property management
• Must be able to stand for an eight-hour shift
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Starting Pay: $16.00/hour

Work: Desk shifts will be primarily 3PM - 11PM. Night Audit shifts run 11PM - 7AM. We are open to making this a Full or Part-Time position. Night Audit will include at least one weekend (Friday - Saturday) overnight.
