Job Description

The Landing at Morro Bay is seeking an experienced, hospitality oriented individual to join our team as a front desk host.

The ideal candidate will have a customer service and hospitality background and bring genuine enthusiasm to helping our guests have a wonderful stay in Morro Bay.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience. Hotel Experience a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Good communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Making guest reservations
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Handling guest complaints in a professional manner
  • Helping with hotel laundry as needed
  • Helping with general hotel tasks as needed including restocking linen and supply closets and common area cleaning.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
