We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and responsible person to lead our store. This person should strive to ensure customer satisfaction and lead the team by example. The store manager we are looking for should have the ability to do the following -
Manage the store in an effective and efficient manner while maintaining superior customer service and satisfaction
Provides direction to the team during shift; acts as a coach, role modeling the expectations of customer service and upholding company standards
Provides leadership by recognizing and motivating the team to achieve operational excellence
Constantly monitor staffing levels and recruit proactively utilizing available tools and systems
Ensure cleaning and maintenance schedules are followed to maintain cleanliness of equipment and store
Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50lbs $11 - $14
