Hospice Home Health Registered Nursed (RN) Need In San Diego CA HOURLY $44.00

Pioneer Healthcare has a Home Health or Hospice position open in the San Diego, CA area. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 year of recent bedside experience. Home care, Home base software experience is a must! All start dates considered. This assignment will be for six months and has an hourly pay up to $44.00/hr.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assessments

Work with patients family

Medication Administration

Care Planning

Communication with other disciplines

Emergency Management

Current state license
