Join A Growing Team And Become A Certified Home Inspector
PLEASE REPLY WITH RESUME.
A well established inspection company with a national name is looking for the right person to join our locally owned team and be trained to become a home inspector. This is a job, not an offer to buy a business. You will be an employee, not a contract worker. Candidate will need to be self-motivated and be able to work effectively with little supervision. Candidate will have to pass a training course and tests. Continuing education may be required from time to time.
The job requires the home inspector to inspect residential properties located throughout the Twin Cities metro area and report on the property's condition. Inspector will be teaching clients about how to take care of their home. Inspector will often have to travel from one side of the metro to the other in the same day. This is a physically demanding job, requiring the use of ladders, walking on roofs, crawling under houses, entering attics, and standing for long periods.
The ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Residential (single family, multi-family) construction experience
