Certified Home & Commercial Inspections, Inc, a family owned, local Skagit Valley home inspection business is looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills to join our team. We are a successful, growing company that has served clients throughout NW Washington since 2002.

Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities:

Successful inspectors complete residential inspections primarily for buyers, using proprietary inspection software.

Requirements:

Successful inspectors must be available to perform inspections Monday through Friday and ½ day Saturday. All new inspectors are required to utilize the Certified Home & Commercial Inspections Software/Reporting system and follow all company guidelines.

Certified Home & Commercial Inspections provides all inspection tools, including software and field computer equipment. We also provide E&O and Liability insurance coverage. We are not a franchise. For more information about our company please visit us at www.certiedinspections4u.com.

Compensation:

Inspectors earn a fair compensation based on their level of training and experience. Inspectors with additional certifications (infrared, wdo, mold, etc.) can earn extra income. Inspectors who meet or exceed minimum benchmarks may also earn a year end bonus. Compensation may increase with the number of inspections completed.

Important:

To be considered for the position, you must be a Washington State licensed inspector or have passed a qualifying licensing exam (NHIE/InterNACHI) and have or be able to apply for you license within 30 days of employment. We may also consider recent graduates of qualifying inspection training schools and/or individuals who are detail oriented with good people skills (we will pay a nominal fee for training). Interested candidates must have a reliable vehicle, a good driving record and be eligible to work in the US. A pre-employment background check and drug screening are required as part of the hiring process. Only those individuals ready and willing to work hard and travel throughout Northwest Washington need apply.
