Home Health Nurse

The Town of Acton is seeking a per diem non-benefited Registered Nurse. Acton Nursing Services is a Medicare-certified Home Health Agency covering the towns of Acton, Boxborough, Carlisle, Concord, Littleton and Stow. Duties:
Conducts home visits and physical assessments. One weekend per month on call required, and one major and minor winter and summer holiday per year.

Minimum Entrance Requirements:
Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
Certifications/Licenses:
Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of home health experience.

Salary:
$45/home visit; $90/admission;$33.6950/meeting and/or case conference
