This individual must be confident and extremely flexible shifting projects and priorities as they come, have a collaborative attitude, be exceptionally organized, multi-task efficiently, have strong communication skills, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Technically savvy
• Familiar with Microsoft office

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Provide professional and timely customer support at all times
• Provide support to sales team and office staff
• Assist with case management
• Assist with verifying notes for billing
• Make sure all deadlines are met
