Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Dallas, Texas Team!!

Work Monday to Friday!!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers on the showroom floor and strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering
  • Work hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer’s needs are being met
  • Support the Showroom Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing
  • Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information

Requirements:

  • A college degree, or working towards a degree is preferred for this position, but comparable industry knowledge and experience would also be considered
  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Pleasant personality for phone/in-person sales
  • General computer skills
