Hiring And Training Manager

We are a service business based in Bartlett, seeking a high-energy sales leader to oversee the hiring, training & development of our crews/bidders to drive revenue and sales metrics.

Responsibilities:

-Hiring / Recruiting technicians in our different markets via Zoom, telephone, and in person interviews etc.

-Currently in 2 cities, we are expanding to two new cities this year.

-Overseeing office personnel in our office to ensure administrative tasks, job bookings & customer follow-ups are handled correctly.

-Maintain that our offices and fleet are well taken care of.

To excel in this role, you will need strong communication skills via telephone/E-mail, Interviewing and hiring tactics/experience, ability to coach salespeople, and a solid understanding of the basic business operations of a service company.

We are willing to pay well to the right individual & are looking for someone to start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,316.00 - $85,105.00 per year
