Hi-Rail Operator

The CDL Herbicide Technician is responsible to perform preventative and corrective herbicide practices at various nationwide commercial and industrial sites.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Operates specialized boom extension herbicide spray system to spray complete weed, grass and brush control to various commercial / industrial sites.
• Manually spray herbicide as needed
• Assist with all daily routing and scheduling
• Assist with all daily tank mixing
• Do truck inspections (responsible for truck / spray system maintenance and repairs)
• Drives company vehicles
• Uses all equipment safely
• Performs all other duties as assigned

• 21+ years of age
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid CDL A or B with AIRBRAKE
• Has reliable transportation to and from Company office
• Ability to lift 50 - 60 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime, nights and weekends as needed
• 1+ year of experience working in an outdoor environment
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather elements
• Ability to travel nationwide for 4-6 weeks at a time
