Help Desk Technician

Purpose: The purpose of this position is to solve technology related problems and assist with computer, daily operations, network, and telecommunications tasks as assigned. The employee will also be expected to work closely with all other departments to achieve mutual goals

Responsibilities:

Assist staff with any PC and printer related problems and keeping them properly configured as directed by management.

Maintain and follow organized program schedules; ensure reports are distributed to proper departments.

Offers technical support to members by responding to questions and concerns with Online Banking and other issues.

Maintain user accounts across multiple systems.

Maintain current knowledge of computer technology and suggest new types of equipment and/or operational methods to management.

Assist with systems administration tasks, including hardware installations/upgrades, software installation/upgrades for internal systems.

Operate computer systems, utilizing established programs and procedures; responsible for loading computer and manipulation of controls as directed by management.

Provision of hardware maintenance; do appropriate cleaning of computer equipment, detect nature of errors or equipment failure, report to Management immediately.

Understand and be able to backup IT Manager with daily close of business, month end, and year end.

Ability to be Self-motivated, organized, and able to effectively prioritize responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time
