Job Description

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Provision and prepare Microsoft Surface and Dell laptops for staff in the County by fulfilling ServiceNow tickets. • Provision and prepare Dell desktops for staff in the County by fulfilling ServiceNow tickets. • Retrieve and receive returned assets and process them through ServiceNow. • Manage stock room inventory so that specific devices can be identified wherever they are in the county. • Route and escalate tickets to appropriate support teams, if necessary. • Work as a team to accomplish goals for the day, week and month. • Assist the Technology Solution Center as needed with their questions about device provisioning. • Assist staff who come to the office to pick up their devices with setting up multi-factor authentication and ensuring the right applications have been loaded on their device. • Communicate effectively with teammates, supervisors and county staff. • Provide technical information/assistance on configuration, setup, maintenance and initial troubleshooting of County standard computer systems • Provide best effort support for technical information/assistance on non-standard computer systems, hardware and software
