Heavy Equipment Operator/Driver - 166

Copart is now seeking Loader Operators/Hot Shot drivers, in select markets. This role will be primarily operating a front-end loader and providing support at the Copart facility, and Hot Shot truck and trailer operator, in moving vehicles to other Copart yards and for customer pickups and deliveries. These operators will get paid for CDL school and will be trained as back up drivers with a career path to upgrade to a truck when one becomes available, if they so choose. During a special project or catastrophe, these operators, will be deployed to various locations across the country to assist in Catastrophe Response (hurricane, hail, flooding). Overnight travel is expected to be 25% of the time and catastrophe response travel will be mandatory.

What do we want you to bring to the table?

We are looking for professional, hardworking, focused, team players that are willing to bring their best. Towing, Transport, heavy equipment experience.

· One year of loader or forklift experience, certification preferred.

· Excellent customer service attitude and skills.

· Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

· Positive attitude/High Integrity.

· Ability to operate heavy equipment.

· Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Bilingual skills a plus.
