Schedule Details: This position will be a short term role, needed now through January 2022 (actual assignment range may change). The typical work week is full time, Monday - Friday with day time hours. This position will train in the office at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, for a minimum of 2 weeks, or until comfort level in scope of position and processes have been achieved. Thereafter, the role is remote with one day per week in the office (flexibility on day of week). Flexibility of start and end times based on needs of the employee with respect to the needs of the supporting client groups.


What You Will Do:

The Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) is responsible for the full cycle recruitment (job posting to offer extension)of health care roles. In this position the recruiter will be responsible for the implementation of creative and effective recruiting strategies to meet current and future business needs. The recruiter is responsible for managing a full requisition load of approximately 40 requisitions. Sourcing, phone screening, hiring leader interview scheduling, and offer extension are the main functions of this role. Strong attention to detail is critical as we have a very defined process. As a TA Partner, this recruiter is responsible for filling simultaneous requisitions utilizing active and passive candidate sourcing techniques; and contribute to social media recruiting content to promote ProHealth Care as an employer of choice.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of full life cycle recruitment experience. Experience in a high volume corporate recruiting environment preferred.
  • Ability to set aggressive targets and meet them while balancing both business and candidate needs.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a recruiting strategy and proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; SuccessFactors is used at PHC.
  • Good working knowledge of social media and web-recruiting techniques to drive talent pipelines.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others to build trust and credibility.
  • Good organization skills and a proven ability to handle multiple recruiting assignments in a time effective manner. *CA #LI-MO
