Job Details

• Manage healthcare credentialing process of new hires including license/certification verification, background checks, drug screens, clinical testing, reference checks, etc
• Track and onboard all new hires ensuring all paperwork is completed by employees in a timely manner
• Create urgency with healthcare providers via email, text and phone, to encourage timely and accurate document submission by establishing target dates and monitoring document submission progress in order to deliver comprehensive documentation to the client facility for an on-time assignment start date
• Liaison between KMG recruiters/account managers, healthcare providers and client contacts
• Maintain and update healthcare provider employee files to ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Prior credentialing experience in a hospital, healthcare organization or staffing agency preferred
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Great attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
