Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

We are looking for an experienced Health & Wellness Coordinator. This person will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of personal care services provided by the staff to our residents. This person will provide necessary information to direct care staff to promote safe and high quality care. This position will create overall staffing schedules, provide guidelines for staffing replacement and design strategies for staffing changes and overtime management. Will assist the Health and Wellness Director/Manager when and as needed.

We seek excellent communication and time management skills and ability to be creative and flexible in executing multi-faceted problem solving. Experience in Assisted Living preferred. The ability to demonstrate evidence of current geriatric knowledge with work experience is required. At least two years of supervisory experience preferred. Associate's Degree in health related field recommended.
