This individual will partner closely with fellow leaders in Design, Engineering and Go-To-Market to craft a product vision and strategy for us to deliver a best in class marketing analytics product. This position requires a product leader comfortable with complex technical domains, who is able to shepherd an early stage product and bring it to market.
As the Head of Product for Marketing Analytics, you will:
- Lead a new investment in our portfolio and leverage Amplitude's innovations in behavioral analysis to disrupt how marketing teams operate
- Ensure successful product launch and lifecycle, with success defined as achieving desired business outcomes and product KPIs
- Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand core problems and translate into customer needs that empower designers and engineers
- Measure the impact of features shipped, solicit customer feedback, and iterate with design and engineering on new learnings
- Prioritize the highest leverage work for the team, organized around both short-term delivery and long-term strategy
- Communicate business impact to stakeholders, including progress on product-market and market-motion fit
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- Domain expertise in marketing analytics, including audience segmentation, channel management, and campaign analysis
- Expertise with at least one digital analytics tool, such as Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
- A successful track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver great product experiences
- Exhibited relentless customer focus, and enjoyed being a spokesperson for customers and prospects; you inspire others through customer stories
- Operated well in the unknown, and enjoy crafting strategy and vision for a quickly evolving industry
- Employed a facilitative leadership style to lead the team to better solutions, stronger team performance, and a healthy culture of collaboration
- Applied an iterative approach to building products and a learning mindset to operationalizing a GTM motion
