Head Housekeeper / Executive Housekeeper
Hours will varies.
Must be able to work weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Normally (9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.)
The Head Housekeeper is a leadership role and is the cornerstone of delivering great guest experience.

Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members.
Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays
Taking on extra tasks when needed, taking initiative
Desire & drive in maintaining high standards
Having computer skills to communicate with staff and management and update inventory spreadsheets, maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste and maintaining “green” initiatives
The ability to manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for employees. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance. Able to educate and train team members in compliance with governmental and safety regulations. Ensure staff is professionally trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with Guests and fellow employees.
Cleaning, sanitizing & proper staging of Common Areas & Guest Rooms.
- Promotion of teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other department heads; motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
Conduct inspections and oversee the completion of our quality and productivity goals
- Ongoing daily communication with the General Manager, Maintenance Team and Guest & Owner Services
- Inspection of rooms and common areas for cleanliness and proper staging of residences
- Scheduling shifts and arranging for replacements in cases of absence
· Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, safety, hygiene and property appearance standards
· Respond to customer complaints and special requests
· Monitor and replenish cleaning products; maintain inventory of supplies & linens
· Maintain and oversee security of lost-and-found items.
· Ensure security and confidentiality of Guest room access and Hotel property.
