This is an important leadership role and a full time position at Woodspring Suites. You and your team are responsible for making sure that each studio exceed standards. Training and motivating other housekeepers comes easy for you you’re sharp eye for details will keep the studios cleaner than guests expect and exceed standards. Reporting to both the GM and AGM, you will assist with managing property housekeeping operations.

#### Essential Functions:
- Hours may vary by location.
- Perform routine guest room cleanings; maintain public areas.
- Develop, administer and control the property’s expenses in the Studio Attendants staffing hours.
- Maintain relationships with vendors.
- Review studio inventory management to ensure maximization of studio revenue.
- Responsible for offering WoodSpring Suites amenities, products and services in order to accommodate resident’s needs and increase revenues.
- Ensure housekeeping team member attitude of attentiveness.
- Make suggestions for ways to improve operations and increase profitability.
- Inspect studios daily according to quality standards for cleanliness and proper preventative maintenance.
- Responsible for knowing property emergency procedures.
- Ensure all team members are trained to act according to procedure, in the event of an emergency or accident at the property.
- Respond to requests from immediate supervisor. Follow-up with immediate supervisor on a regular basis.
- Ensure proper uniform standards are followed throughout housekeeping department.
#### Performance Factors:
- Absolute uncompromising execution of the highest standards of OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy.
- Maintain QAR housekeeping scores of 80% or above for all properties and all times.
- Completed agreed upon projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain positive communication and productive working relationship with HMC.
- Applies creative solutions that are consistent with our mission of: Cleaner, Safer, Simple, Flexible, and Affordable.
#### Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
- Extended stay hotel experience preferred.
- Excellent oral, organization and written communication skills
- Customer Service friendly
- Must be willing to work as a team
- Have reliable transportation
- Proactive and aggressive in solving problems, experienced in recognizing and taking action on opportunities and developing a strong team.
- Excellent oral, organization and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure, with strong organizational time management skills and problem solving skills.

- Standing for prolonged periods
- Repetitive stair-climbing
- Kneeling and/or squatting

- Pushing and pulling 20 lbs
