Job Description
We are looking to grow our BDC Team! Currently we have a centralized Business Development Center for 4 locations out of our Orlando Harley-Davidson Historic Factory Dealership in Orlando, FL. We offer an extremely competitive salary as well as full Employee Benefits. The Pay Plan is Salary + Commission. The position available is for Full-Time Employment, weekends are required.
Responsibilities
  • Use strong communication skills and positive personality traits to engage with customers to tend to all of their needs and questions and ultimately close on showroom appointments
  • Self-driven with hunger to succeed
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Effectively handle 200-400+ internet leads per week
  • Making 150+ outbound calls per day
  • Sending 150+ outgoing emails per day while effectively managing incoming emails as well
  • Receiving anywhere from 20-30 incoming calls per day
  • Employee provides excellent client experiences and promotes customer loyalty.
  • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
  • Excellent grammar and written skills
  • Effective management on online chats
  • CRM knowledge *Eleads is an added bonus
  • DMS Knowledge *Talon is an added bonus
  • Consistent follow-up and time management skills to maximize client opportunities and finish daily tasks
  • Confirm daily appointments and follow-up with missed appointments for entire team
  • Communicate with management and staff to promote transparency with team and customer
