Hardscape Foreman

Gallucci Landscaping is a landscape construction company that is looking for motivated individuals to grow with us. We are looking for a Hardscape Installation Foreman who will be responsible for managing a crew of 3-4. Typical projects are residential outdoor living with landscaping and lighting to complement the project. There are growth opportunities within the company as we continue to expand. Qualified candidates should have a minimum 3 years of hardscaping experience, knowledge of how to operate construction equipment (skid steer, mini ex, dump trucks, compactors, concrete saw, laser levels, etc), and 2 years of foreman experience.

• Monday through Friday work schedule with some Saturdays as needed
• Overtime available most weeks
• Quality and Production bonuses
• Valid Drivers License required (CDL a plus)
• ICPI and/or NCMA Cert a plus

Job Duties

Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Maintain a positive working relationship with customers

Manage crew to complete tasks according to plans

Ensure projects are being completed to the company's quality standards

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
