Required Skills
*Drywall repair, texture and paint
*Minor plumbing repairs (p-traps, valve replacement, faucets/fixture installation)
*Lock replacement
*Minor electrical repairs (switch/outlet replacement, fan/light installation)
*Hanging interior/exterior/closet doors
*Minor trim and carpentry work
Desired Skills
*Drywall installation and texturing
*Cabinet and window installation
*Plank flooring installation.
*Minor rough electric/plumbing
The person should have their own vehicle and tools. You also need a cell phone to take pictures of repairs, text and email invoices.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Handyman: 1 year (Preferred)
- Property maintenance: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
