Position will be awarded pursuant to Section 6.1 of the CBA by considering these factors:

• Relative skill and ability to perform the work as described below:

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assemble and Fill Totes
• Responsible for all documentation relating position – SAP confirmation
• Stage Totes for Melting
• Prepare Totes for Melting, stripping
• Load Product into Crusher
• Crush Toted Product
• Comply with Daily Melting/Toting/Crushing Schedule
• Taking samples where applicable using aseptic techniques.
• Variable Shift hours if needed.
• Must follow all Good Manufacturing Practices, HAACCP requirements, Traceability, ISO and BRC
• Must be able to perform applicable Quality Assurance Checks
• Must maintain work area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Must comply with all OSHA standards.
• Committed to providing a safe food product
• Works within all regulatory requirements
• Ability to adhere to GMP practices and all other food safety requirements
• Perform all other related duties as required

About you:

• Seniority
• Relative skill and ability
• Must have 4 or less occurrences
• Must be able to work as part of a team to assure a quality product
• Must be able to communicate appropriately with Supervisors and Co-Workers (Verbal and simple written reports are required)
• Must be able to apply supervisor’s directions
• Must be a results oriented individual, who thrives on situations involving pressure
• Must demonstrate knowledge of the equipment and its operation within 30 days of actively training on the job
• Must obtain forklift certification as soon as possible after receiving position
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
