Job Description

Intown Stars Gymnastics is seeking full-time instructors for Team, Recreational, and Preschool Gymnastics.


Intown Stars Gymnastics is expanding to a new location and doubling in size, currently at 17,000 sq. ft. growing to 23,000 sq. ft. dedicated solely to gymnastics. We are located in Decatur, GA an intown suburb of Atlanta. We provide quality gymnastics in a safe, fun and positive environment and currently offer preschool through Level 10 gymnastics.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Part time preschool & recreational gymnastics instructors (limited experience coaching is accepted)
Part time or full time Women’s Team Instructors
Part time or full time Men’s Gymnastics Instructors
Full time Pre-Team Manager
Full time Men’s Program Manager


COMPENSATION:
Compensation will depend on experience and with what program you work. Intown provides a total compensation package that includes a competitive hourly/salary rate, benefits and other perks that are listed below. Competitive team instructors have the option of working salaried or hourly if they coach 20 hours or more. The salary range listed below is based on 40 hours/week but is adjustable based on desired or available hours.

  • HOURLY: $16-$35 / hour
  • SALARY: $40,000-$58,000 annually

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Recreational: Past experience as a gymnast or instructor, enthusiastic, and positive.
  • Team/Management: Coaches must have flexible schedules and ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Reliable and accountable.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate with management, program participants, parents, members and community partners.
  • Able to support gymnasts and programs for long term growth and proper lesson planning.
  • Team player, able to offer and accept feedback.
  • Must be available weekday afternoons and evenings as well as weekends.
  • Compensation when coaching at competitions.
