Job Description

Join Our Team Today! The Allentown Park Hotel Ascend Collection by Choice Hotels is looking for a self-motivated, customer oriented, with a friendly outgoing personality associate to join our front desk team. Daily responsibilities include: Checking guests in and out, answering phones, making reservations, balancing the days' transactions, responding to guests needs, and providing excellent customer service with a smile 100% of the time.

Flexible schedule to work both 3 PM to 11 PM and 11 PM to 7 AM shifts including weekends and holidays. Customer service experience, excellent phone, and computer skills needed; previous hotel experience at a hotel brand property a plus!
