Guest Service Agent

We are anticipating having a very busy 2022 here at the award-winning Best Western Plus North Shore Hotel in Danvers and we are looking to have some new talent join our team! If it makes you feel good to make others happy then we need you to join us working at our Front Desk. In this role you will have unlimited opportunities each day to bring smiles to our guest's faces! All we ask is that for each shift you bring a willingness to improve the lives of those around you and the ability to make every guest interaction a meaningful experience. We need you to make our hotel a place that our guests remember and want to return to over and over again. Hotel experience is preferred but certainly not necessary, as your positive attitude is much more important than your experience.
