THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an exceptional Go To Market Recruiter to help build out the overall organization. The ideal candidate has stellar sourcing skills, experience recruiting at an early-stage tech startup and is ready for the challenge and ambiguity of scaling a rapidly growing company. WorkBoard is in the third year of 3x growth and continues to have a super efficient enterprise sales cycle, sub 60 days. Your impact is crucial to successfully scaling our team.

COMING IN

  • Minimum of 6 years of overall work experience and 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience for GTM, specifically Marketing
  • You have deep experience sourcing passive candidates and are an expert at pitching passive prospects
  • 3+ years working full cycle recruiting in an agency setting is preferred
  • You have worked either in, or for, a high-growth SaaS technology company
  • You have worked a successful track record of closing a high volume of requisitions in a short period of time
  • You have a consultative mindset with hiring managers and internal stakeholders on interview panels
  • You are an expert on extending, negotiating and closing offers
  • You have proven ability to leverage data to make smart decisions when building pipeline, shifting priorities and managing hiring managers' expectations
  • You have experience in using cutting edge recruiting technology and business applications
  • Ideally have recruited for technical roles in addition to sales recruiting

YOU'LL BE SUPER SKILLED AND EFFECTIVE AT

  • Sourcing candidates
  • Closing candidates
  • Working closely with the Hiring Leaders as a partner

WITHIN ONE MONTH YOU'LL

  • Learn the WorkBoard systems and processes
  • Have started working with the Hiring leaders on current hiring needs
  • Attend new-hire immersion training and be certified as a Workboard Expert and OKR Coach
  • Be able to articulate the value, benefits and relevance of our platform easily and effectively

WITHIN THREE MONTHS YOU'LL

  • Will own/drive the entire life cycle of the candidate
  • Have built a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Working with hiring leaders on future hiring, one quarter out and beyond.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS YOU'LL

  • Contribute to the overall success of the entire TA organization
  • Help build better process for interviewing and hiring
  • Help research new technology and solutions to help TA be Best in Breed.

THE TEAM

You'll grow one of the best category building sales organizations that is regularly meeting with P&L owners to impact their growth objectives. This is a very unique opportunity to hire strategic enterprise sales talent that reaches every employee in a company where WorkBoard is purchased by P&L owners. You'll have the support from a driven Talent Acquisition team that supports your success in propelling expansion of the WorkBoard team.
