Organization:

The candidate is responsible for the global marketing strategy and all channel marketing activities related to the related alliance partner(s). The candidate reports to both the Global DCX Partner Marketing Lead, GSIP and to the respective Partner Business Lead.

Job Summary:

The candidate is responsible for developing the marketing strategy, plan and execution/roll out for the alliance partnership working in close collaboration with the Business Partner Executive and the DCX Partner Marketing lead, GSIP in order to drive Capgemini’s revenue growth and profitability through the alliance portfolio of offers.

The manager drives the development, launch and management of all marketing activities associated with joint partner solutions as defined in the MK plan. The manager develops effective sales enablement tools and works with GBUs/GBLs and Regional Marketing leads to position, promote and measure activities. Keys to success include the candidate’s ability to understand and execute against the business context and partnership strategy as outlined by the GSIP Partner Executive and the DCX Partner Marketing lead, GSIP, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic and complex role. As well as liaising with key stakeholders from across Capgemini, the candidate must be able to develop trusted and effective working relationships with counterparts at the partner organization.

Role description and key responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategy and plan for the related alliance partnership that align with the overall GSIP objectives and priorities
  • Manage marketing portfolio solutions (including value proposition development and lifecycle management): plan the launch of new alliance partner solutions and manage the cross-functional and cross-country implementation of the plan
  • Develop, manage and measure impact for integrated marketing and communication programs to launch, grow and maintain alliance service offering content to drive customer awareness, sales enablement both at Capgemini and at the partner, and drive external sales demand
  • Conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand in close collaboration with Communications & ‘Go to Market’ teams
  • Define digital campaigns strategy and plan working closely with the Global Digital team to leverage Digital Marketing processes and capabilities
  • Mobilize experts to support Expert Connect program and any other social media activities to support campaigns, working closely with the Social Media Partner (SMP)
  • Develop and share the value proposition of the solutions to the Sales & ‘Go to Market’ teams in close collaboration with regions
  • Create marketing content, collateral and tools, including presentations, brochures, videos, points of view, global web content, digital media campaigns, e-newsletters, message maps to support the selling process
  • Drive coordination/mobilization of stakeholders/clients/experts to support PR and Analyst Relations programs
  • Drive coordination of content collection and review for all AR RFIs
  • Marketing Budget Management across all countries: Work with PMO to ensure Marketing budgets are managed and support the marketing strategy in place.

  • Content Management Collaborate closely with assigned Knowledge Managers to ensure content is collected, developed, packaged, and internally promoted through internal campaigns
  • Support the collection of content for training programs to be conducted by Partners/Capgemini’s SMEs/Capgemini University
  • Lead global partner event planning, execution and ROI measurement. Work across SBUs, regional leads to strategically position Capgemini effectively at these events and support sales pipeline opportunities.
  • Drive Market intelligence: Work with SMEs to determine client requirements (be the ‘expert’ on our customers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on our competition and how to win); communicate MI through sales battle cards.

Target group Management

Close collaboration with the following communities is required:

  • GSIP Marketing team and the GSIP Alliance teams
  • Global Portfolio Marketing teams – especially with Group’s offers (eg: CX), ABM, PR and AR teams
  • Global Digital Channels M&C teams
  • Product development, technical and GTM SMEs, Solution and Sector Leads
  • GBUs and Regional, Sector Marketing Leads
  • Partner marketing organization (cross brand)
  • Sales/Account Executives

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
