About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven, consumer-centric marketer who can accelerate growth of NMB across all markets that we serve. The Marketing Manager will be in charge of developing, executing and testing marketing programs for all audiences, including new and existing clients, referral partners, and prospective talent. You will be responsible for running cross-functional journey mapping and design workshops to develop a lifecycle marketing roadmap. You will develop highly personalized nurture campaigns focused on optimizing the path to purchase. You will support the creative team in content creation efforts, writing, editing and supervising content production for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop lifecycle strategy marketing tactics to improve our lead to loan conversion rates
  • Build programs that optimize for user segmentation and content personalization strategies by influencing user attributes, behavior, and preference
  • · Be a strategic partner in major design initiatives (i.e. rebrand and website redesign) providing excellent project management to ensure timely delivery.
  • Leverage analytics and reporting to continuously improve campaign performance and uncover new opportunities.
  • Own the customer journey and experience roadmap, continuously optimizing our marketing programs across each stage of the funnel.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional and educational content strategies in order to delight clients before, during and after closing.
  • Support omni-channel orchestration across all marketing channels – email, social, SMS, journeys.
  • Own the relationship with our Loan Officers, providing a consultative approach to clearly define their goals, propose a marketing plan and deliver.
  • Support day-to-day internal communications to improve employee engagement, performance and retention.
  • Write, edit and supervise content production for employee content, as well as consumer-facing content such as social posts, blogs, website copy and email.
  • Assist with public relations and brand communications, copywriting and community engagement.

Qualifications

  • 6+ year’s experience in developing lifecycle marketing programs across owned channels
  • Experience managing a team and a passion for team building and development
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of A/B testing and holdout test methodologies, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to indirectly lead and build consensus across diverse teams
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to build growth marketing strategy and operations from scratch, with defined views on testing and learning
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in mortgage banking a plus
