POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Effectively strategize, manage, execute and report on See’s media activities. Responsible for execution of approved media buys and initiatives based on assigned business goals and ROI targets, and achievement of assigned marketing goals.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the Marketing team and external partners and agencies to strategize, manage, and in some cases execute a media strategy that directly supports efforts to increase sales, revenues, and profits for sees.com, retail, and wholesale lines of business.
  • Implement and manage a digital marketing strategy that directly supports efforts to increase traffic, sales, revenues, and profits for sees.com, retail, and wholesale lines of business.
  • Manage effective and proactive paid digital media campaigns to drive qualified traffic and greater conversion online and offline, and analyze performance, including but not limited to:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and local search (manage partners)
  • Mobile
  • Social (run and optimize paid campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok)
  • Display (manage partner)
  • Affiliate (manage partner)
  • LinkedIn (run and optimize campaigns

4. Work with Creative team to develop strategic, compelling digital ads for publishing and testing.
5. Manage effective and proactive digital outreach programs and eCommerce content optimizations to drive qualified traffic and greater conversion online, and analyze performance.
6. Strategize and execute eCommerce content optimizations and implement testing strategies, working closely with eCommerce Merchandising Manager.
7. Run frequent traffic and site conversion reports in Google Analytics; analyze data and make media optimization recommendations.
8. Strategize, execute, and conduct tests.
9. Report on media performance and testing strategies.
10. Manage day-to-day digital media partner relationships, including acting as primary contact for day-to-day activities, projects, work orders, contracts and billing.
11. Implement measures to ensure programs can be monitored for effectiveness.
12. Protect and manage the See’s Brand at all times.
13. Completes special projects as assigned by management.
14. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related area; equivalent related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in digital media buying or marketing equivalent experience with a multi-channel retailer, preferably with annual sales in excess of $500M, or equivalent agency experience working with such retailers.
  • Experience strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns in all social platforms required.
  • Demonstrated analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics required.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.
