Job Description
Responsible for all room blocks, and handling all special reservation requests for our group customers and blocks along with any reservations type calls that are received in the department.

What will I be doing?


  • Handle rooming list from clients and Event Managers. Communicate with clients and Events on upcoming groups needs. Route room charges to the groups with master accounts based on information received from Meeting Planners or Event Managers. Update both Passkey and R & I inventory systems when needed. Be familiar with the GetPlanning site for group updates. Check all resumes for incoming groups. Post advance deposits either by credit card or check. Process credit card authorizations as they are received. Communicate with guests who have been determed to have invalid or declined credit card authorizations. Handle all VIP reservations. Respond to Guest Assistance Files pertaining to guest reservations


  • Confirm guest reservations for individuals via telephone and email.Handle all 3 rd party reservations request. In the case of a PERM contract, responsibility of confirmation/input of any reservations while ensuring inventory is balanced to the contract on a daily basis.

  • Assist the Reservations Department at HRCC with questions, problems or concerns that arise concerning reservations made at the hotel.


  • Confirm and assign suite reservations for groups making sure the number of suites allocated to each group is available and/or blocked appropriately in the OnQ PM system.
  • Assists office in other administrative duties as needed. Prepares reports as required. Attends mandatory meetings/training sessions. Performs other duties as required.
