Groundskeeper / Porter- Stonebridge Crossing Apartments

Our multi-family community in Memphis, TN currently has a full-time Groundskeeper opening. The Groundskeeper maintains the common areas and exterior of the property daily to enhance curb appeal and assist with preparing units for move ins.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect grounds daily, collect and remove all trash and debris, water grounds and perform landscaping.
• Clean all common areas, clean pool and maintain proper chemical balance.
• Clean vacated apartments and assist in make ready process.
• Distribute resident notices and escort vendors or patrons throughout the community.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience using cleaning supplies and using general landscaping techniques / equipment.
• Ability to exhibit patience, diplomacy, consideration, flexibility, neatness and respect at all times.
• Possess excellent customer service skills and have a desire to learn.
