Arcadis is currently seeking a Grant Management Consultant with experience in managing federal and/or state grants to join our NYC Area team.
With the support of one of the industry’s leading technical and professional staffs, you will support a growing base of projects throughout the U.S. market with federal, state, or local government clients related to water quality, hazard mitigation, and resiliency planning, as well as project funding and implementation, to include grant application development, reimbursement, oversight, document management, and audit support. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Scope, schedule, budget management support
- Task management and project tracking
- Invoicing, invoice review, requests for reimbursement
- Scope change and modification request support
- Document management
- Communications protocol management
- Communication of grant program requirements to clients, fellow staff, and other partners
- Preparation of project status and update materials
- Development and management of SOPs, as needed
- Reporting
- Procurement review and documentation of compliance
- Closeout and audit support
- Grant application development
- Monitoring of funding
- Coordination with engineers and project manager to ensure

- Knowledge of federal grant management policy
- Program and project management software experience
- FEMA Hazard Mitigation Assistance Program (HMGP, FMA, PDM) and FEMA Public Assistance (including 406 and 428) experience
- CDBG-DR, FHWA, SRF funding experience
- Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in planning, public administration, accounting, finance, economics, or related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in planning, public administration, accounting, finance, economics, or related field
