About this job
- This is a non-sales client-facing role.
The Global product specialist outreach lead/onboarding - serves as a cross-functional liaison working with product, engineering, account executives, and marketing to support the strategic growth of Label Insight client relationships and growth of our product database. This position will work to ensure our customers and their suppliers are successful in onboarding their entire supplier network. You will manage client communications with both retailers and CPG brands/suppliers focused on coverage increases, drive execution of client deliverables, identify process and product optimization opportunities, support day-to-day issues, and solve problems in a fast-paced exhilarating environment.
The role will work inside existing systems and processes to assist in the delivery of client projects and programs, and will work to ensure that customer needs are addressed and properly escalated in a timely and professional manner. You will also work closely with the Account Executive and Delivery Management teams to ensure all needs are met and expectations are exceeded for each specific client.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer engagement in regard to supplier onboarding with meetings, calls, online conversations, and marketing pages
- Communicate our company strategy to educate both retailers and suppliers
- Liaise with customers on a regular basis to ensure all retailer onboarding milestones are on schedule
- Create and manage client-specific schedules as they relate to onboarding
- Create and maintain onboarding metrics used to report to management around success rates, staffing, efficiency, and costs
- Understand and respond to customer inquiries by working with them to solve their challenges around onboarding
- Leverage workflow tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot to automate and optimize the onboarding processes
- Work with internal and external teams on processing improvement and optimization to continuously improve and maintain the Label Insight proprietary data onboarding process
- Support Customer Success and Sales teams in researching potential customers, preparing customer demos and correspondence, creating presentations, and other needs
- Responsible for maintaining and growing existing retailer relationships as the main point of contact
- Serve as the main point of contact for the onboarding team for new hire orientation
- Serve as Onboarding and Coverage Subject Matter Expert for all cross-functional teams

You have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM, Support/Ticketing and Workflow tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk
- Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or related fields).
- Experienced with creating process flows and business requirements documentation
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel functions and formulas
- Experience with client management and/or communicating with clients
