Global Partner Marketing Incentives Operations Specialist - Remote US, UK Or Brazil. [WKGGL]

As a Global Partner Marketing Incentives Operations Specialist, you will be given the responsibility of making one of our most recognizable and rewarding clients successful in their incentive program by effectively communicating and coordinating project information and ensuring a high quality partner experience.

You will proactively build relationships with cross functional stakeholders, internal and external, in a fast-paced, growth environment managing operations for programmatic excellence. Because of our incredibly strong industry brand you must be prepared to represent Marvel Marketers with our clients delivering a level of service above and beyond expectations. Must have experience in Marketing Operations and be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, program information and development opportunities.

Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operations Coordination:

• Develop training plans and coordinate speakers to deliver trainings on program information, tools and resources for both internal and external business partners.
• Serve as POC for day to day operation requests
• Work cross functionally with cloud systems and incentive operations teams to resolve requests or gaps timely
• Create and coordinate asset creation in coordination with creative teams and copywriters, including but not limited to presentation decks.

Partner Support Expert:

• Serve as dedicated partner marketing incentive support for any partner requests/tickets
• Manage escalations and drive resolution with scalable solutions across cross-functional teams
• Train and enable other teams (partner advisors and partners programs support) for initial ramp up and any subsequent program changes

Minimum Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

• 5+ years experience in marketing operations and/or business operations
• 3+ years experience in channel partner or customer support
• 5+years experience in content creation tools (including but not limited to Google docs, slides, etc)
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
• Comfort with ambiguity, with the ability to be flexible, agile and quick to adapt
• Proven track record of success and professionalism
• Strong collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years experience using Marketo
