Job Description
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Likewize is seeking an experienced, growth-minded leader and manager to serve as Finance Director, Global Operations. This critical leader will have oversight of operations costs and related KPIs for Likewize facilities across North America, APAC, Oceania, LATAM, and Europe. The individual must develop and maintain close business relationships with the executive and management teams. Effective performance in this role will also require a strong strategic understanding of the business and underlying supply chain & operations processes, internal company partnerships and relationships, and strong communications skills.
This position will report to the Vice President of Finance, and will act as the strategic partner to global, regional, and local operating unit leadership. The Finance Director will assist with business performance management and collaborate success with reputation, capability, and proven ability to deliver results. Core accountabilities are focused on financial planning and analysis, regionally and locally, operational innovation, leading and implementing company initiatives, and ensuring desired business results are achieved. Key priorities include accelerating Revenue and EBITDA growth, increasing operating efficiencies, and creating competitive advantage as it relates to our service offerings.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Below are some of the responsibilities of the Finance Director, Global Operations and his/her direct reports:
- Be the financial partner to the global operations and supply chain leadership and act as a leader in the development and delivery of solutions which improve operational effectiveness while expanding best in class capabilities.
- Responsible for all global supply chain operations finance functions, including capex investment, financial planning and budgeting, cashflow management, and managing risk in order to deliver exceptional financial and operational results.
- In close partnership with Leadership, develop and actively engage critical business input and output metrics improve global operations and supply chain execution and lower total cost to serve while maintaining alignment with company mission and values.
- Play key role in evaluating future growth opportunities for the business, new services, new customers, and expanding global supply chain solutions.
- Create models to understand financial impacts of future growth opportunities and advise on strategies for maximizing the financial return from such opportunities.
- Lead efficient and thoughtful annual operating plans, recurring financial forecasts, and multi-year long-range plans; execute these financial performance management processes in accordance with timelines developed by our corporate office.
- Achieve financial goals through effective business analysis, financial planning, cost management, and execution of earnings driven initiatives.
- Influence business performance – both inform and drive decisions and initiatives; lead and influence change and adoption of change.
- Provide forward looking business intelligence and “early warning” on challenges/ opportunities sufficient for senior management to affect results where appropriate.
- Report and align metrics to their appropriate time period.
- Lead global calls (weekly and monthly performance update/review) with operations and finance teams across regions.
- Integrate the above activities into business operations to the point of making it a normal course of business activity.
- Manage the capital budget, forecast and approval process.
- Take lead in fostering efficient learning environment across organizational boundaries
- Lead and/or support implementations of various systems needed across the company
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience managing operations finance and accounting teams
- Proven leadership and ability to dive deep into opportunities to deliver optimal, sustainable solutions
- Recent experience serving as a Sr Manager or Director or similar leadership role, with experience advising the leadership team on financial implications of major business decisions
- Strong understanding of financial analytics, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting, with a highly detail-oriented focus on accuracy
- Ability to develop and implement systems, tools, and processes and leveraging automation that increase business clarity and support business scalability
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage strong teams with a focus on sustainably meeting organizational goals
- Commitment to and passion for exceptional customer experiences, both externally and internally
- Commitment to and passion for operational excellence, recognizing the critical cross-functional roles that finance and operations play within the company
- Energetic self-starter – ability to execute and implement change as both a leader and a hands-on ‘doer’
