Summary:
Ingersoll Rand, a global leader of mission-critical equipment around the world, is seeking a Global Marketing Specialist based out of our Ivyland, PA manufacturing facility. This position will lead marketing campaigns, digital marketing activities, and be responsible for brand stewardship by increasing equity through digital marketing and content development. The Global Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting marketing activities to grow the business by implementing and executing programs that will drive growth through increased product and brand awareness. This position will facilitate tactical and strategic business decisions based on creditable market intelligence, market research and analytical methodology. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring and measuring digital metrics, managing demand generation initiatives (lead management), new product development GTM plans, facilitating SBU growth, and customer satisfaction.

This position will lead marketing campaigns, digital marketing activities, and be responsible for brand stewardship by increasing equity through digital marketing and content development. The Global Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting marketing activities to grow the business by implementing and executing programs that will drive growth through increased product and brand awareness. This position will facilitate tactical and strategic business decisions based on creditable market intelligence, market research and analytical methodology. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring and measuring digital metrics, managing demand generation initiatives (lead management), new product development GTM plans, facilitating SBU growth, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Growth via promotion of all Ingersoll Rand/Milton Roy (MR) products/brands by developing marketing content for use in print and on the web to support the selling efforts of the business.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and collateral as necessary including launching product promotion, and channel communication activities on a global and regional basis.
- Ensure leveraging of cross business unit marketing resources and external vendors align with Sector and Enterprise agreements.
- Lead ongoing regeneration and improvement of MR web sites and e-marketing actions. This includes content management, campaign development/launch/reporting, NPS reporting, VoC, lead generation and tracking, search engine optimization (SEO), pay per click (PPC), SEA, social media activity (e.g. LinkedIn) and advertising (e.g. print and digital).
- Work with regional marketing teams to manage event engagements (e.g. trade show) and webinars.
Key Competencies:
- Experience in website development and digital marketing.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint (i.e., pivot tables, charts, creating queries, and downloading data from existing queries.).
- Adobe Create Suite, a plus
- Survey software
- Eloqua Marketing Automation software, a plus
- Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO and SEA/PPC
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have ability to explain technical and non-technical information for use in content and promotion
- Must be confident working with upper management to identify and execute resolutions.
- Strong attention to detail skills required.
- Must have excellent presentation skills.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Must be achievement-oriented and willing to put forth a high level of effort to produce results in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications:
- Min. Yrs. Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing.
- Education Standard: Bachelor's Degree, Marketing
