We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as the Global Financial Planning and Analysis Leader for Honeywell Thermal Solutions (HTS) based in Houston, Texas. This role reports in to the HTS Global CFO and will partner with HTS leadership team to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create increased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal of driving speed, quality and cost efficiency

• Lead HTS’s strategic plan, annual operating plan (AOP), forecasting processes, monthly closing & reporting

• Act as a business partner to demonstrate insight of financial trends, productivity, and provide practical recommendations to drive results

• Identify performance issues within the business and risks and opportunities in current plan or forecast

• Leverage digital tools to drive consistency, efficiency, a functional self-service

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• 8+ years finance related experience

• 2+ years of FP&A experience

• 2+ years of experience in Hyperion, Oracle, SAP, or other finance systems
