This is a great opportunity to lead a dynamic global team that delivers all Compute IT infrastructure used to enable business capabilities and services across multiple Koch companies. This team provides compute IT solutions that meet our customers’ requirements and enables business transformation. In this role you have an opportunity to understand and drive operational excellence by initiating, facilitating, and promoting strategies that improve process and systems, streamline delivery capabilities for gained efficiencies, reduce costs and increase the value of the delivery service.

This position is eligible to sit near office locations in Atlanta, Georgia; Wichita, Kansas; Auburn Hills, Michigan; Lisle, Illinois; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Reno, Nevada

• Lead, inspire and develop a high performing team that delivers compute infrastructure that meets our customers’ needs and provides an exceptional consumer experience
• Lead and create an environment that focuses on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage and lead a team of technical support staff who design, develop, test, implement, and monitor compute infrastructure and tools.
• Develop and lead strategic initiatives to improve the delivery of service levels. Work with senior leadership in the planning, development, and execution of short- and long-range goals.
• Builds and applies methodologies that supports the integration of changing customer inputs and business conditions into technology-related product development.
• Removes roadblocks to product development or architecture. Applies learnings to other development projects.

• Experience within IT infrastructure support
• Experience delivering Compute Infrastructure technologies such as Windows Server, Linux, VMWare solutions and storage support
• Experience working within a global geographically diverse team
• Experience in staffing recommendations and employee development
• Experience in developing vision and strategies for a team and executing against them
• Familiar with project management and working within project frameworks and project lifecycles
• Ability to be on call

• Prior experience in support of Computing Solutions in an enterprise environment
• 3+ years of IT delivery experience.
• 1+ years of that experience focused on Compute IT Infrastructure.
• 1+ years of experience in an IT shared service organization or delivery leadership.
• Experience leading in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce.
