Cloud Global Marketing Manager

Ingram Micro Cloud is a master cloud service provider (mCSP), offering channel partners and professionals access to a global marketplace, expertise, solutions and enablement programs that empower organizations to configure, provision and manage cloud technologies with confidence and ease.

The Global Cloud Marketing Manager is responsible for high-level project management and execution of Ingram branded cloud services programs, ensuring consistent messaging and appropriate coverage that aligns with the needs of the individual regions.

Reporting to Craig Weir, this role will execute the marketing communications plan for Microsoft Modern Work and the Collaboration category. This includes the development of the brand and other marketing materials such as advertising, website updates, end-to-end campaigns, collateral and other sales support tools, that resonate with partners and customers in all languages and markets.

In addition, this position collaborates closely with the Global Cloud Marketing Team, Ingram Micro marketing managers, and product managers to support and coordinate product launch activities as well as manage the overall product launch calendar. This position partners closely with colleagues to build creative marketing campaigns and drive the timely execution of those plans. This role will also measure the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing activities which includes establishing metrics, analyzing results of regional activities, and presenting findings with recommendations to marketing leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a strategy and coordinate execution of Ingram Micro Cloud product launches, including timely asset delivery
  • Develop new and creative marketing communications tools that can be leveraged across global regions
  • Execute on global comprehensive marketing communications (inclusive of email, retargeting ads, website updates, landing pages, and tracking)
  • Prepare company specific, product specific or service specific presentations to be used with prospective customers
  • Effectively support strategic sales efforts and global branding initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing communications planning and execution
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Proven ability to develop strategic insights and translate them into successful marketing programs
  • Self-motivated takes initiative and is able to work independently
  • Clear ability to communicate, meet and enforce deadlines
  • Exceptional writing skills – writing samples required
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate constructive discussion
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for correct grammar and an ear for good copy
  • Problem-solving including the ability to anticipate problems as well as suggest and execute on solutions
  • Strong customer service ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of working seamlessly with high-level partners, marketing staff and colleagues in other administrative departments
  • Think creatively and problem-solve on tight deadlines

  • Prioritize ongoing tasks and significant projects.
  • Possible travel up to 20%


Education and Experience Required:

  • Formal education or training: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field (marketing, business, public relations, communications)
  • Previous work experience:
    • 5 years plus years in a marketing communications role. B2B, enterprise software solutions (including those delivered via SaaS models) a plus.
    • 3-5 years plus years in marketing automation, preferably Oracle’s Eloqua.
    • 2+ years of Google Analytics management experience.
    • Experienced in HTML, CSS, JS, Photoshop, and SEO, a plus.
    • Knowledge and experience with SFDC and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
    • Microsoft Modern Work knowledge and experience a key asset
