Work you'll do:

The Global Business Cutover Lead is a part of the core GFS Onboarding Team and plays a critical role in the onboarding of geographies to GFS and SWIFT. The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
  • Work directly with the country leadership from the immersion phase on the approach and methodology of the various business freezes required for Production Cutover
  • Collaborate with Organizational Change Management on any processes required for interim periods understanding the as-is and the future to-be and what is required locally for an interim cutover period
  • Work with the geography to proactively profile legacy data based on the Global Template and commence cleansing of critical objects in advance of various key project phases
  • Review and monitor the geography data cleansing activities in order to ensure adhere to global onboarding data standards and principles
  • Ensure any items not in line with Scope and Extraction (Aged Open AR etc.) are managed appropriately (cleared, written off etc.)
  • Act as a liaison between the GTD Data and Cutover team and the GFS Operations team, facilitating regular project and cycle updates between the parties

Qualifications:

Seeking an experienced Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services firm, including a minimum of 3 or more years in a Project Delivery role.

Qualifications:
  • Experience of developing program, portfolio and project plans across work streams and management of critical paths
  • Experience of having effectively managed risks, issues, dependencies in a project or program environment
  • Ability to think critically and apply appropriate levels of challenge to workstream plans, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Experience of executive level reporting
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and team playing skills
  • Proven track record in navigating through complex organizations, and with strong influencing skills to drive initiatives through to their successful conclusion
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks with leadership and delivery functions
  • Prior knowledge and/or experience with budget, portfolio management, and demand management processes
