What You Will DoThe Studio Manager is wholly responsible for a studio location and driving outstanding business results. You will accomplish this by inspiring the team to achieve, empowering them to act and believe their goals are possible. You will members everyday to motivate, listen and celebrate their successes.
- Grow Studio Performance - Achieve performance goals by generating leads, booking workouts and selling memberships to help customers get results which you know ultimately changes lives.
- Develop the Fitness Team - Lead by example, train people to train people and develop people to grow into their career path goals. Ensure the team achieves daily, weekly and monthly goals.
- Operational Excellence - Ensure the studio opens/closes daily, is clean, stocked and follows all brand standards. Model behaviors to ensure we deliver an exceptional Orangetheory experience!
Your Work Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of successfully leading fitness/sales teams to achieve business goals.
- Sell yourself, train others to sell and move the numbers of the business.
- Lead generation experience with community outreach, events, B2B relationships, etc.
- Worked in a high energy, fast paced environment and achieved results.
- Ability to take on new challenges and be open to growth and innovation
- Flexible work schedule needed; location is open Mon-Sun.
- Personal Training or Group Training certification and experience a plus!
Compensation: $60,000- $80,000 based on previous experience and qualification fit to this position. Benefits and Perks:
