General Manager Position Available! – Beyond Juicery & Eatery
Who are we searching for? We are seeking an experienced and dependable General Manager with an engaging personality and a passion to lead by example. You will manage the overall operations of the store including customer service, food/drink consistency, sales performance, enforcing store policy, and execution of brand excellence. We look forward to you joining our team! During daily operations you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee all store operations and report to corporate staff.
- Manage Profit and Loss, meet store-level sales targets and control staffing and inventory costs, along with other operating costs.
- Maintain accurate par levels on all ordering guides and prep sheets
- Complete all hiring, onboarding and career development procedures
- Motivate employees to deliver customer service excellence by recognizing employees for outstanding work performance and providing constructive feedback when needed
- Participate in mentor program
- Understand and strictly enforce store policy while creating a positive and productive working environment
- Ensure orders are made according to recipe and procedure; maintain excellent drink/food consistency and quality
- Promote the Beyond Juice brand and pay attention to details; maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Make schedules for all shifts, approve and keep track of any changes to shifts
- Oversee the sanitation of workstations including floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, blenders, other equipment, and utensils.
- Ensure team members comply with food safety and health codes, and cash handling procedures
- Keep inventory organized, and all equipment in clean/good working condition
- Ensure retail cooler is properly stocked and organized
- Cash handling and depositing; make sure the actual cash amount is consistent with the POS system
- Participation in ongoing training and the mentor program as designated by upper management
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the company, drive and manage workplace change

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Negotiable, Based on Experience
Experience Required: 1 Year Restaurant Management (Preferred)
2 Years Food Service (Preferred)
