Job Description:
- Is responsible for the operations and profitability of all departments.
- Oversees the staffing of the company, hiring and training new employees
- Sets sales quotas and goals and assists in financing arrangements
- Actively supports, encourages, and motivates managers daily to maintain high morale
- Exhibits a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
- Will be accountable for daily performance metrics in overall store performance
- Supports other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership
- The GM responsibilities include supervision of Sales Managers, F&I Managers, Digital Marketing Managers, Service Managers, and all other personnel. The highest professionalism and integrity are essential for consideration.
- Must have 5 - 7 years of stable employment history at the GM level with a proven track record of verifiable, above-average CSI and market share performance
- division experience is a plus.
- Must be well organized and demonstrate excellent Customer Service and PR skills
- Must have strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Must have knowledge of basic accounting and advanced computer skills
