OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Is a seasoned professional with 2+ years of management experience in Hospitality, Retail or

Corporate Restaurants.

Has exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Pays keen attention to detail.

Is someone with high personal integrity, professionalism and maturity, and is able to serve as a role model for other employees inside & outside of the workplace.

Is able to stand and walk +8-10 hours, lift >50 pounds, bend, stoop and raise arms above head.

Knows how to use office programs, POS (Toast) or is motivated to learn.

Has fair knowledge of Federal, State and local laws.

Communicates and understands the English language and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Has reliable transportation.

Is willing to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends & holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The GM will be responsible to oversee all functions of the restaurant’s daily operations

Open and close the restaurant and run the floor alongside your team

Establish a high level of customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience consistently

Monitor food quality and ensure all team members consistently follow company safety & sanitation standards, aiding kitchen staff as needed

Coordinate team members’ weekly schedules based on individual strengths to ensure maximum productivity

Motivate and lead your team while fostering a positive work environment and high staff morale

Implement & maintain systems which insure overall quarterly results for the fiscal year

Pay: $50,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
