JOB QUALIFICATIONS/BENEFITS

· Must possess excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Must be willing to follow company’s procedures in performing position responsibilities.

· Must be able to work in an upright, standing, or sitting position for long periods of time; handle, grasp and lift objects and packages; reach with hands and arms

· Must have knowledge of basic computer skills necessary; will train on access control software

· Must be extremely responsible and able to work independently and as part of a team, without direct supervision

· Maintain a sharp image as the face of the property

· Must report to work promptly and have reliable transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Enforce access control procedures to ensure that only authorized personnel gain access to the community

· Accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms

· Make property rounds as needed

· Available to perform varying shifts

· Able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
