GARDENER

Gardener 2 position will maintain common area landscaped areas at the headquarters offices, housing areas, and mercantile location.

DUTIES:

• Responsible for all yard maintenance at headquarters
• Responsible for minor sprinkler repair and maintenance
• Fertilizes and waters common area lawns as needed
• Responsible for proper use and care of material and tools used in the performance of tasks/duties
• Required to perform daily safety checks on all tools and equipment and report needed repairs to Leadman
• Must comply with all Safety and Food Safety rules and regulations
• Perform all other duties as directed by the Foreman of Operations or Management

EXPERIENCE:

1-year experience in gardening or related field; possess a valid California driver’s license, maintain a clean DMV record and is able to be insured by carrier.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to efficiently utilize all landscape tools
• Must possess a California Class C driver’s license and is able to be insured by carrier
• Must maintain a good driving record
• Must understand and follow directions and posted work rules
• Able to lift 50 lbs

This is a year-round, outdoor position.
